5. Agency & Client Data

If you use an Agency account to manage multiple Clients:

  • you are the data controller for your Clients' information and campaign data;
  • you must not sell, rent, or disclose your Clients' information to third parties except as necessary to provide services to those Clients or as required by law; and
  • you are responsible for your own compliance with applicable data protection laws in respect of your Clients' data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Broadcast clips and detection logs are retained in accordance with our retention schedule and may be automatically deleted after a set period.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services
